Ginataang Monggo with Dilis

INGEDIENTS

  • 500g green monggo
  • 2-3 Cups of water as needed
  • 1 tbsps. of salt
  • 3 tbsps. of oil (For frying)
  • 2 head of garlic
  • 1 cup of NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Dilis
  • 2 tbsps. of patis
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 Long green chili
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 bunch of malunggay leaves
  • 1 bunch of NEHEMIAH Superfood Kale
  • Brown Sugar

PROCEDURE

  1. Wash all the ingredients, then rinse and drained.
  2. Place the 500 grams of Monggo in a casserole pot with water also, place it over a high heat.
  3. Boil the Monggo about 30-40 minutes, set aside the Monggo.
  4. In a large pot over a medium heat, put Garlic together with the oil.
  5. Remove garlic from the pot when the garlic colors a little.
  6. Add the Dilis, Patis, and Black Pepper, Garlic on the same casserole pot and sauté it well.
  7. Remove Dilis and set aside, leaving the Garlic in the pot.
  8. Add the cooked monggo to the pot of garlic.
  9. Add brown sugar.
  10. Stir it to mix, and let it simmer.
  11. Add 3 long green chili,
  12. Add NEHEMIAH Superfood Kale.
  13. Add malunggay leaves to the pot, cook for 5 minutes.
  14. Remove from the heat.
  15. Transfer into a serving bowl, and it’s ready to serve.

Ginataang Langka with Dilis

INGREDIENTS

  • Langka, as needed
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 Onion(optional)
  • 2 heads of garlic(chopped)
  • Ground pepper as needed
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 pcs. of long green chili
  • Salt, as needed
  • 1 cup of NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Dilis
  • Oil, as needed
  • 1 Tsp. NEHEMIAH Superfood Pure Turmeric Powder
  • Sugar as needed

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat up the casserole with water and once the casserole gets hot, put-in the langka.
  2. Boil the lanka for 15 minutes until it softens.
  3. Add 2 cups of coconut milk and let it boil about 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped garlic, onion stir it well.
  5. Add NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Dilis.
  6. Season with sugar and salt as needed.
  7. Add NEHEMIAH Superfood Pure Turmeric Powder, Mix it well.
  8. Remove from the heat.
  9. Top the 3 pcs. Long green chili.
  10. Transfer into a serving plate, and It’s ready to serve.

Ginataang Dried Pusit with Kangkong

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Pusit
  • fish sauce
  • Onion (chopped)
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 1 bunch of NEHEMIAH Superfood Upland Kangkong(sliced)
  • 5 pcs. of long green chili
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • Water, as needed
  • Salt, as needed

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat up the casserole and put- in a cooking oil as needed.
  2. Once the oil gets hot, add chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Add NEHEMIAH Superfood dried pusit, sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add 2 cups of coconut milk, let it boil for 3minutes.
  5. Add sliced NEHEMIAH Superfood Upland Kangkong.
  6. Season with ground pepper.
  7. Add salt as needed.
  8. Remove from the heat.
  9. Garnish with 5 pcs. long green chili.
  10. Transfer into a serving plate, and it’s ready to serve.

Ginataang Gabi with Dilis

INGREDIENTS

  • Gabi, as needed
  • 1 cup of NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Dilis
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. of chopped ginger
  • 3 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt as needed.
  • 3 pcs of Long green chili
  • Brown Sugar(optional)

PROCEDURE

  1. Wash and slice the Gabi into small pieces.
  2. Heat up a casserole with 2 cups of water.
  3. Add the Gabi and let boil until the gabi gets tender.
  4. Add 2 heads of garlic,1 chopped onion,2 tbsp. of chopped ginger,1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, stir it well and bring it to boil about 15 minutes.
  5. Add 2 cups of coconut milk and bring it to boil about 5-10 minutes.
  6. Season with Sugar(optional).
  7. Add salt as needed.
  8. Top with 3 pcs. Of long green chili.
  9. Remove from the heat.
  10. Transfer it to a serving plate, and it’s ready to serve.

Dried Tambilawan with Taure

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of taure
  • 1 Pack NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Tambilawan
  • Saluyot
  • 2 onions(chopped)
  • Salt as needed
  • 200g of okra(sliced)
  • NEHEMIAH Superfood Kale
  • Water, as needed

PROCEDURE

  1. Wash the taure.
  2. Heat-up a casserole pot with water as needed.
  3. Boil the taure about 30 minutes.
  4. Add Saluyot and bring it to boil about 2 minutes.
  5. Add 200g of sliced okra.
  6. Add NEHEMIAH Superfood Kale.
  7. Season with salt as needed.
  8. Add the chopped onions and stir until the onions are softens.
  9. Put NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Tambilawan.
  10. Stir about 3-5 minutes.
  11. Remove from the heat and serve it with rice.

  • 1 onion(chopped)

  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of oil
  • Water, as needed
  • Salt, as needed

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat up frying a pan with 1 tbsp. of oil.
  2. Add the chopped garlic and onions, and sauté.
  3. Add NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Tambilawan, together with 1 teaspoon of ground pepper and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add water as needed.
  5. Add the alugbati, and bring it to boil about 3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt as needed, cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Transfer it into a serving plate, and it’ ready to serve.

Ginisang Kotapto with Dried Dilis

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bunch of Kotapto(sliced)
  • 1 Cup NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Dilis
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • Water, as needed
  • 1 tbsp. of oil
  • 2 heads of garlic(chopped)
  • 1 onion(chopped)
  • of soy sauce
  • Sugar(optional)
  • Salt as needed

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat up frying a pan with 1 tbsp. of oil.
  2. Add the chopped garlic and onions, and sauté.
  3. Add NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Dilis, together with 1 teaspoon of ground pepper and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add water as needed.
  5. Add the Kotapto, and bring it to boil about 3 minutes.
  6. Season soy sauce, sugar and sauté.
  7. Add salt as needed.
  8. Remove from the heat.
  9. Transfer it into a serving plate, and it’ ready to serve.

Dried Tambilawan with Tambo (Labong)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Tambilawan
  • Tambo, as needed (bamboo shoots)
  • 200g of okra(sliced)
  • Saluyot as needed
  • 2 onions (chopped)
  • 2 cups of water
  • Salt as, needed

INSTRUCTION

  1. Make sure that the bamboo shoots are peeled out of though leaves.
  2. Soak it with cold water and salt for 15 minutes to remove any excess bitterness, squeeze until dry, and boil it about 1-10 minutes.
  3. Heat-up a casserole pot with 2 cups of water.
  4. Add Saluyot and bring it to boil about 2 minutes.
  5. Add bamboo shoots together with 200g of sliced okra.
  6. Season with salt together with the onion and stir until the onion are softens.
  7. Put NEHEMIAH Superfood Dried Tambilawan.
  8. Sauté about 3-5 minutes.
  9. Remove from the heat and serve with rice.

  • Asking for tips on how to properly take in the powders as tea. Medyo magasgas kasi sa lalamunan. Can we mix the powders in one serving; e.g. 1 tsp of guyabano and 1 tsp sambong in one cup of hot water? Is it also safe to put the powders in a vege-capsules?
