Ang sarap lang tlga. Soothing sa lalamunan, nkakaginhawa lalo pag may sipon at ubo. Umaga at gabi ko iniinom. as of now, hindi na ako sipunin. pag nararamdaman ko na magkakasipon ko. iniinom ko ito 3-4 times a day. Ang galing lang, ang sarap ang healthy pa!

Mataas po kc cholesterol ko,my dr gave me med pero mataas din ang sgpt ko kya sb nya after 2 wks ng pagtake ng med sa cholesterol pa tsek ulet ang sgpt,possible dw kc na mas lalong tumaas side effect ng gamot,at kung tumaas dw refer n nya ako sa gastro pra mamonitor nman ang atay.nag start ako ng med ksabay ng turmeric w/ ginger at guyabano tea,aftr 3 wks ska ako nagpa tsek,normal sgpt ko
