Yung una kong purchased ay mangosteen, guyabano and honey. Yung mangosteen ang ginagamit ko(I gave away the guyabano to my sister). I feel energized. Mas nakakatagal ako sa work sa farm namin. Kaya before I go to our farm I drink my mangosteen tea first Mas okay rin feeling ko at walang mood swing during my monthly period since I am in my pre- menopausal period. About the taste, wala akong problema about it since ganun naman talaga lasa nya kahit fresh kainin. Physically, I am slim because I don't really eat greasy foods. I always eat moderately of almost everything except fruits, I love fruits and herbs in my food.

I have read reviews about the products of Nehemiah and I got convinced so I ordered 1 pack mangosteen powder and 2 packs guyabano powder (the other one to be shared to my friend who underwent radiation). Mangosteen powder tastes really good. I didn't add any sweetener coz it doesn't have any bitter taste. Guyabano powder doesn't have the bitter taste also. Both doesn't have after taste. Thus, I recommended the products to a friend and she got her order last Friday.

I am a big fan of this company and their products. My personal favorite is this powdered Mangosteen for lots of healthy benefits it can give to our body. I have been taking mangoesteen capsule since 2017. When I suffered from hypertension, palpitation, and hypothyroidism. I discovered this website and tried their powdered one, and I really like it... Much even better, and you can save more! I can take it 3x a day as it is not as expensive with the capsulized.
